As part of extensive energy initiatives by the Kläger Group, a photovoltaic system was installed on the rooftops of the Neusäß site. Since early 2023, solar energy has been converted into electrical power and used directly in the production process. In the future, we will generate approximately 25–35% of the energy required for production ourselves (nearly 500 kWp).

At Kläger SPC in Hartha, planning for the installation of a ground-mounted photovoltaic system is also progressing rapidly.

As a manufacturer of high-quality spraying systems, sustainability is a top priority for us. Our products make a significant contribution to waste reduction. Kläger pressure sprayers, bottles, and hand sprayers are durable reusable products and are therefore ideally suited as practical refill solutions.

Our Chemical Application Center will test your individual liquid to determine the appropriate resistance version. In addition, our experts have a wealth of experience from insertion and spray tests on a wide range of liquids.

The Masterpiece Line pressure sprayers have unprecedented resistance to aggressive liquids. The Solve+ version is suitable for petroleum-based solvents and aggressive mixtures. The Acid+ version enables the spraying of concentrated acids.

Kläger sprayers are exclusively resuable products. Our K2-K4 models are durable and suitable for multiple, long-term use. With the combinable bottle types from our range, the sprayers also represent a popular and environmentally friendly refill option, which is also suitable for filling products from large containers into manageable sizes.

Our assigned parcel service GLS delivers all parcels 100% climate-neutrally since 1 October 2019. The CO2 emissions generated by the delivery are not only compensated by a certified project every year, GLS also invests in further actions, such as the increased use of electric vehicles, the establishment of micro depots close to the city, the use of 100% sustainable electricity and the expansion of photovoltaic systems.

Since the different models are made of a range of plastics and seals, they can be used to spray acids and solvents, alkaline and water-based liquids. Unfortunately, there is no one sprayer that can be used for all substances. We are happy to check your substance and make some recommendations.

We process the plastics PP and PA, seals made of FKM, expert FKM, EPDM, NBR and VMQ, as well as springs made of V2A and V4A.

For orders of 3,000 or more, we offer our complete bottle range in our standard colours (red, blue, orange, black, green, anthracite). You can also request your own choice of colour!

Unfortunately, as a private customer, you cannot order directly from us, since we only deliver to business customers. These include

The minimum order value for finished products is EUR 250.00 (net). For orders with a net goods value below EUR 250.00, a small order surcharge of EUR 40.00 (net) per order will be applied. Orders with a net goods value of less than EUR 125.00 cannot be accepted by Kläger.

Spare parts orders are exempt from this regulation; for these, a processing fee of EUR 12.00 (net) per order will be charged.

We work in compliance with the quality guidelines set down in the DIN 9001 standard, from development and manufacture to shipping. The protection of our environment is probably the most important challenge that each individual and, in particular, each business, has to rise to, both now and in the future. Here at Kläger we have accepted this challenge and act consistently in compliance with the requirements of the DIN 14001 environmental management standard.
