Requirements

For specific inquiries regarding the filling medium, we can often recommend suitable versions of our trigger sprayers directly after reviewing the safety data sheet.

For applications with special chemical requirements, we also conduct resistance tests.

Testing Phase

Our CAC conducts immersion and practical application tests to evaluate the resistance of plastics, seals, and springs.

Depending on the type of test, the testing period can range from 14 days to 24 months.

Recommendation

You receive a reliable recommendation on which resistance version is best suited for your medium.

Our experienced application engineers, spray technology experts, and PhD chemists from our in-house Chemical Application Center and Regulatory Affairs department support and guide you in finding the right product solution. We analyze your individual liquid, determine the appropriate resistance version, and recommend specific upgrade and tuning options – for example with regard to spray pattern and precise application requirements.
